I’m a wedding and portrait photographer based in northern New Jersey and serving the east coast and destinations. I provide my couples with a boutique experience that celebrates their one-of-a-kind love story. With a blend of artistry, passion, and an eye for detail, I strive to capture the essence of your special day in a way that is authentic, heartfelt, and timeless.
I had the chance to shoot with Lizzie Burger again for this elegant waterfront Orienta Beach Club wedding in Mamaroneck, New York. It was a gorgeous summer day in early August for Amanda and Mike’s wedding festivities – so perfect, in fact, that their wedding was featured on Zola! How cool is that?!
As a Catholic myself, I absolutely love a traditional Irish Catholic wedding day. Amanda and Mike tied the knot during a full mass at the beautiful Church of the Resurrection in Rye, NY. Guests were greeted with music provided by a bagpiper and drummer to welcome guests both before and after the wedding ceremony. It was a fun way to tie in family traditions and a nod to their heritage.
We couldn’t keep our eyes off Amanda all evening. She wore a stunning Sareh Nouri wedding gown that had a unique bow-back style. As a funny side note: I may have spent quite a bit of time trying to figure out how exactly to style the back of the gown for Lizzie to photograph before I ended up having to google the gown and style to figure it out. You never know what challenges you’ll face behind the scenes on a wedding day! Amanda’s bridesmaids wore a beautiful shade of navy to complement the waterfront scenery, and Mike and his groomsmen wore black tuxedos.
Once we arrived at Orienta Beach Club, we captured Amanda and Mike’s portraits on the beach and along the pier, followed by an outdoor cocktail hour – make sure to check out the photo of the boozy boat below! And then the party started shortly after in the dining room. Thank you so much, Lizzie, for giving me this opportunity!
