I’m a wedding and portrait photographer based in northern New Jersey and serving the east coast and destinations. I provide my couples with a boutique experience that celebrates their one-of-a-kind love story. With a blend of artistry, passion, and an eye for detail, I strive to capture the essence of your special day in a way that is authentic, heartfelt, and timeless.
What a beautiful day we had for this Plaza Hotel wedding! I had the privilege of working with Lizzie Burger for the first time to capture this intimate wedding portrait session with her couple, Maddie and Andrew. Maddie and Andrew had gotten married back in California, where they were living, but being from the East Coast, they wanted to celebrate their wedding closer to home in New York City.
Maddie had the idea to book a fabulous suite at the iconic Plaza Hotel for a couple of nights and had her and Andrew’s best friends join them for portraits in and around the Central Park area for the day! It was a perfect summer day in New York. Our journey through the city included stops at iconic locations such as Bethesda Fountain and Belvedere Castle in Central Park and a Nathan’s hot dog stand, perfectly matching Maddie and Andrew’s relaxed and casual vibe for their portraits. Then, just outside of The Plaza was a massive film crew, which we eventually learned was the set of the new Gossip Girl reboot filming! My fellow OG Gossip Girl fans will know nothing beats the original.
Maddie and Andrew opted for an elevated casual look for their portraits. Andrew wore a suit with high-top Converse, and Maddie wore a white skirt set with beautiful Swarovski-studded Louboutin flats. Lizzie and I were beyond obsessed with the bride’s gorgeous floral veil (here’s a similar embroidered floral veil on Etsy!). Maddie’s veil was such a unique touch that perfectly fit the couple’s vibe for their portraits throughout the day.
