I’m a wedding and portrait photographer based in northern New Jersey and serving the east coast and destinations. I provide my couples with a boutique experience that celebrates their one-of-a-kind love story. With a blend of artistry, passion, and an eye for detail, I strive to capture the essence of your special day in a way that is authentic, heartfelt, and timeless.

This summer wedding at The Bohlin Newport was everything I love about photographing coastal celebrations. As a wedding photographer, getting to document Grace and Ryan’s entire wedding weekend from their rehearsal dinner boat cruise to their sunset portraits on the dock felt like such a full-circle moment.
Grace and Ryan first reached out about their Newport wedding over a year ago. From their engagement session to their rehearsal dinner boat cruise and finally their wedding day, this season with them felt special from the start. They are the kind of couple who make everyone around them feel comfortable. Because of that, the entire weekend felt relaxed and intentional.
Grace and Ryan chose to keep their wedding intimate. Instead of a large bridal party, they prioritized time together. As a result, we were able to focus on portraits along Newport’s most iconic coastline.
After getting ready, we headed to Castle Hill Lighthouse for their first look. The setting could not have been more classic Newport. The sun reflected off the water. Sailboats drifted in the distance. The lighthouse stood quietly behind them.
We continued along Ocean Drive and stopped at a few pull-offs along the water. The coastline is rugged but clean. The ocean sat deep blue behind them. The wind off the water added movement without taking over.
After portraits, we made our way back to The Bohlin. Located right on the harbor in downtown Newport, the venue sits directly on a marina pier. Because of that, the water becomes part of the entire experience.
Sailboats framed the ceremony site. The reception tent overlooked the harbor. Even during cocktail hour, guests felt the breeze off the water.
Their ceremony was heartfelt and personal. Meanwhile, subtle Taylor Swift-inspired details added a layer of personality throughout the day. At cocktail hour, guests lined up at a Del’s Lemonade cart — a Rhode Island staple.
Nothing compares to a Newport sunset.
After toasts, Grace and Ryan stepped outside for a few minutes. The sun sat lower over the harbor, and the light had shifted — subtle, but enough to make it worth stepping away. Those portraits ended up being some of my favorites from the entire day.
Later, sweet speeches and a packed dance floor carried the celebration into the evening.
There’s something about a full wedding weekend in Newport that feels complete. The rehearsal dinner on the water. Portraits along Ocean Drive. A ceremony at The Bohlin with sailboats on water behind you. Sunset over the harbor.
Grace and Ryan leaned into all of it. Because of that, the entire weekend felt cohesive from start to finish.
Newport is one of the most sought-after wedding destinations in New England, and with good reason. Between the coastal estates, Gilded Age mansions, waterfront venues like The Bohlin, and iconic views from Castle Hill Lighthouse and Ocean Drive, it offers a setting that feels elevated but effortless.
If you’re planning a wedding at The Bohlin or anywhere along the Newport coastline, I’d love to be part of it. Coastal celebrations like this are exactly why I return to Rhode Island each season.
