I’m a wedding and portrait photographer based in northern New Jersey and serving the east coast and destinations. I provide my couples with a boutique experience that celebrates their one-of-a-kind love story. With a blend of artistry, passion, and an eye for detail, I strive to capture the essence of your special day in a way that is authentic, heartfelt, and timeless.
Have you ever read or watched a love story unfold that was so vibrant and authentic that you found yourself rooting for the couple? Well, allow me to introduce you to Elizabeth and Eric! These two are so much fun. Once you read their love story, you’ll see how much their personalities and love for each other shined during their Asbury Park engagement session.
Their story began outside of Philadelphia at their CrossFit gym. On Memorial Day, Elizabeth participated in a special workout session, paying tribute to a US Navy SEAL. Eric was temporarily back home in Pennsylvania after his father had passed away and decided to drop into the gym that day for a workout. After the workout, the whole group celebrated by going to a local brewery! Eric made sure to sit right in front of Elizabeth, and they chatted the entire time!
Their romance soared from there. Elizabeth invited Eric to her family’s beach house for the 4th of July, and he showed up at 6:30 am! They spent the day in the water, riding bikes and being outside, and have been inseparable ever since. They spent the rest of that summer together in Long Beach Island, building the foundation for their relationship.
Fast forward to their dreamy proposal in Saint Thomas this past winter. Eric was invited to join Elizabeth’s annual family vacation to Saint Thomas for the first time. He took this as the perfect opportunity to plan his proposal! He reached out to their good friend, a jewelry designer in San Diego, and she and Eric designed Elizabeth’s ring. Eric orchestrated a surprise proposal during a picturesque stroll along the beach before dinner. With the stunning backdrop of the Ritz and Saint John, Eric popped the question, and Elizabeth started crying. Her aunt and uncle captured the whole thing on camera in a beautiful moment that they will forever cherish! They celebrated at dinner and afterward sat outside in the perfect weather by a fire pit, drank champagne, and FaceTimed their friends and family to share the exciting news.
Elizabeth and Eric are the complete opposite of homebodies. Their love language involves an adrenaline rush with a dash of humor. They cherish active weekends together filled with Saturday morning partner workouts, beach cruiser rides along Asbury Park’s boardwalk, and annual trail rides capturing autumn’s vibrant colors in Jim Thorpe.
When I asked Elizbeth and Eric what they love most about each other, Elizabeth told me, “How he makes me feel seen, heard, and loved every moment of every day, his attitude on life, and how he treats others.” Eric told me, “She brings out the best of me. In my 31 years of living, I feel like ever since meeting her, she has made me the best version of myself. Also, I’ll have to say one of my favorite things about Elizabeth is how much she loves me and makes it known. Not a day goes by living with her that I don’t feel her love towards me. I can go on and on, but I will say I love how she can match my energy day after day. We never have a bad day together because we know we always have each other.”
In preparation for their wedding, Elizabeth and Eric are most excited about a weekend on LBI with their loved ones. Elizabeth is looking forward to getting married under the grape vines at the Starlight Bar on the property. Eric cannot wait to see Elizabeth walk down the aisle moments before he officially can call her his wife!
I cannot wait for Elizabeth and Eric’s wedding at The Farm on Main next summer! Scroll through to see some magical moments from their October Asbury Park beach engagement session.
